Nuntex

Nuntex is an AI chief of staff made by Commoner Apps LLC. It runs on your own Mac or Windows PC, with your own AI tool, and acts only in the ways you approve. The features it has can change over time.

Your account

• Give a real name, an email address you can read, and your own mobile number.
• Keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Plans

Nuntex costs $49.99 a month or $499.99 a year, in US dollars, plus any tax that applies where you live.

Who takes the payment

Payments for Nuntex are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the seller of record for the payment. Link collects the payment and any sales tax, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles questions about a charge. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* NUNTEX. Link's own terms apply to the payment; these terms apply to Nuntex itself.

The free week

A new account gets 7 days free, once per person. You give a card when you start. Unless you cancel before the free days end, your plan starts when they end and your card is charged then.

Before you give your card, we show you the price, how often it renews, the date your free week ends and how to cancel, and you agree to the renewal as its own step. We keep a record of that agreement for at least three years, and we email you a confirmation of these terms when your free week starts.

Renewal

Your plan renews on its own, every month or every year, and your card is charged at the start of each new month or year, until you cancel. If a payment fails, we will try again and tell you, and Nuntex may stop working for your account until it is paid.

Cancelling

Cancel any time online from your account, under Manage billing, or from your orders at link.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Nuntex keeps working until the end of the month or year you have paid for. Cancel during the free week and you are not charged.

Refunds

We do not refund the unused part of a month or year, except where the law says we must or where Link issues a refund under its own policies. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to hello@nuntex.com or contact Link support, and we will put it right.

Price changes

If the price changes, we will email you at least 7 and no more than 30 days before the new price applies to your plan, with how to cancel, and you can cancel before it does.

Your AI and your accounts

Nuntex uses the AI tool on your computer, such as Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode on your own plan or API key, and any accounts you connect. Those are yours, paid for by you, under their own terms. You decide what Nuntex may do, and you are responsible for reading and approving anything that reaches other people, such as an email, a post or a website change.

Using Nuntex

• Do not use Nuntex to break the law or to harm anyone.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around Nuntex's protections, or reach anyone else's account.
• Do not use the Nuntex name, text, screenshots or icon to suggest you are Nuntex.

Our work

The Nuntex name, icon, apps, text and screenshots belong to Commoner Apps LLC. The Newsreader typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is not paid, and we will tell you why.

No warranty

Nuntex is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. You check the work before you approve it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Commoner Apps LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Nuntex in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Nothing in them takes away a right you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and we will email you about any change that matters to your plan.
