Who we are

Nuntex is made by Commoner Apps LLC. We are responsible for the information described here.

Your account

• Your name and email address.
• Your password, which Google Firebase Authentication keeps for us in a form we cannot read.
• Whether you have confirmed your email.
• Your mobile number, which you confirm with a code we text you. It makes sure each account is one real person: a number can belong to one account only. We give it to Stripe with your billing details, and we never use it for marketing.

What you set up in Nuntex

• What you tell it about yourself: your role, what you are working on, and what you want help with.
• The shows, channels and books you follow, the briefs written for you, the proposals, your comments and decisions, and your settings.
• Your connected computers: each Mac or PC's name, which AI tools it found and their versions, which one you chose and whether it signs in with your plan or an API key (never the key itself), the names of the folders you allowed, and when it last checked in. Not your files.
• A notification token for each phone you sign in on, so your notifications reach it. Signing out or deleting the app stops them.

This is kept in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), in a space that only your account can read or change.

What stays on your computer

Your project files, episode transcripts, the work itself, and your AI's login or API key stay on your own Mac or PC (an API key in your Mac's Keychain or Windows Credential Manager). Nuntex never receives them. Your AI tool, such as Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode, works under your own agreement with its provider, and that provider handles what the tool reads under its own terms.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe keeps your card and billing details; we never see your full card number. We keep your plan, whether you are in your free week, your renewal date, and Stripe's reference for you, so the apps know your account is active.

Why we keep it

To run Nuntex for you, to bill you, to answer you when you write, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Who helps us

• Google Firebase: sign-in, the text with your code, and the data you set up in Nuntex.
• Google reCAPTCHA: checks that a person, not a program, asked for the text.
• Apple's podcast directory: when you search for a show in the apps, your search words go to Apple's public podcast search to find it. We do not keep them.
• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Hostinger: this website and our email.
• Apple and Google: notifications to your phone, if you turn them on.

Cookies and tracking

nuntex.com sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The phone step loads Google reCAPTCHA, which may set Google's own cookies under Google's privacy policy. When you sign in on nuntex.com, your browser keeps you signed in using its own storage, and signing out clears it. Stripe's checkout page is Stripe's own and follows Stripe's privacy policy. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs to run and protect the site.

Deleting your account

Delete your account from your account or from Settings in the apps. That deletes your account and everything you set up in Nuntex. Cancel your plan first so nothing renews. Stripe keeps billing records for as long as the law requires. You can also write to hello@nuntex.com and we will delete it for you.

The earlier waitlist

If you joined the waitlist before Nuntex opened, we keep your email, and your name and note if you gave them, until you leave. Every email we sent has a link to leave, or write to hello@nuntex.com.

Children

Nuntex is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly keep information about them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too. We will email you about any change that matters to your account.
