You can run an AI chief of staff on Claude by letting your own Claude Code do the thinking and the work. Two ways to use Claude as a chief of staff
- Build it yourself. Claude can be set up as a chief of staff with your own prompts, schedules and tools, and Anthropic's Claude Cookbook has a chief of staff agent example for developers. You write and run every part of it.
- Use an app that runs your Claude Code for you. Nuntex does the listening, the briefs, the proposals, the approvals on your phone and the limits, and your own Claude Code does the thinking and the work.

What Claude Code does inside Nuntex
- Briefs and proposals
- Your Claude Code reads each new episode's transcript and writes the brief and the proposals, with read-only access.
- The work
- When you approve, it carries out the plan in the folders you pick, on its own branch, with checks.
- The limits
- It never takes an outward step, like an email or a website change, without your tap.
- Your plan
- It runs on your own Claude plan or API key. When you reach a usage limit, Nuntex waits and carries on later.
Set it up
- Install Claude Code on your Mac or Windows PC and sign in to your own plan, or use an API key.
- Install Nuntex on the same computer and sign in. It finds Claude Code and tests it with one real answer.
- Pick the shows, channels and books to follow, and the folders it may work in.
- Approve proposals on your phone and follow the work live.

Can Claude be an AI chief of staff?
Yes. Claude can brief, propose and do the work. Nuntex gives it the sources to follow, the approvals on your phone and the limits, using your own Claude Code.
Does Nuntex use my Claude plan?
Yes. The work runs on your own Claude plan or API key, on your computer. Nuntex never sees that login or key, and never pays for or resells AI.
Is Nuntex made by Anthropic?

Do I have to use Claude?
No. Nuntex also works with Codex, OpenCode, or an API key from another provider.
