Questions about paying.
When am I charged?
Not during your free week. Your card is charged $49.99 (or $499.99 on the yearly plan) when the 7 days end, and then every month or year until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Online, any time: from your account, Manage billing, then Cancel, or from your orders at link.com. Cancel during the free week and you are never charged. After that, Nuntex keeps working until the end of the month or year you paid for.
What will I see on my card statement?
LINK.COM* NUNTEX. Payments for Nuntex are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which also sends your receipts and handles any sales tax.
Do I pay for Claude too?
Yes, separately and directly. Nuntex runs on your own AI, Claude Code on your own Claude plan, and never charges for it or sees its login.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Manage billing in your account. The change takes effect at your next renewal.
Do you give refunds?
Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep Nuntex until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a month or year, except where the law says we must or Link issues a refund under its own policies. Charged by mistake? Write to us and we will put it right. The terms have the details.
Is there a free plan?
No, but the first 7 days are free, with everything included.
