Delete your Nuntex account.
You can delete your Nuntex account and everything in it yourself, at any time, from the Nuntex apps or from nuntex.com. It takes effect right away.

In the Nuntex app on your phone
- Open Nuntex and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and your password to confirm.
On nuntex.com
- Sign in on your account.
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and your password.
- Choose Delete my account.
By email
Write to hello@nuntex.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Your account and everything you set up in Nuntex: your name, email and phone number, your profile, the shows you follow, your briefs, proposals, comments and decisions, your settings, your connected Macs and your phones' notification tokens. The files on your own Mac are never touched: they stay on your Mac.
What is kept
If you paid for Nuntex, Stripe and Link keep the billing records of those payments for as long as the law requires. We keep nothing else. Cancel your plan before you delete your account, so nothing renews.
